Millions of taxpayer dollars have been given to such tyrannical depots as Uganda's President Kaguta Museveni under the guise of saving the planet from the ravages of global warming. One must wonder how many air conditioners 10 million dollars will buy for President Museveni's palace on the crocodile infested Lugogo River. A palace that is seldom used by Kaguto as he spends most of his time at his personal villa on the French Riveria near Cannes. I wonder why the Ugandan president would spend so much money air conditioning his palace when he is seldom there. Oops, forget he has to keeps his 27 wives in comfort while he relaxes on the Riveria.
