Following the announcement of the Judge in the Freddie Gray case that the jury was hopelessly deadlocked a mistrial was declared. Tonight the streets of Baltimore are strangely quiet with only sparse crowds gathering. One would expect the black community to be in a uproar. That is if one forgets there are no liquor stores left in that part of town----so there is little excuse to loot protest!
